The laptop looks quite attractive, despite its low cost, the display lid and the inner panel have a glossy finish, on which fingerprints and more are perfectly visible.
The weight of the computer is 2.48 kg, for modern laptops it seems to be heavy, but there should be no problems with transportation. At first glance, the material of the case looks very strong, but even with not particularly strong pressure on the display lid, keyboard, or other panels, it is felt that the case flexes a lot. A 15.6-inch display is installed on the laptop, it moves thanks to two hinges that do not hold it very tightly, but it is possible to open the laptop by 180 degrees. The display has a resolution of 1366x768 pixels and has a glossy finish. If you work in good daylight, you have to look closely to read any text, in general, the brightness level of the display could have been made higher.
In the center above the display we see a 1.3-megapixel camera and a microphone next to it, by the way, this location of the microphone is very convenient, audibility is much higher compared to the usual location at the top of the keyboard. The speakers on the bottom of the laptop, under the front panel, the sound quality was not remembered by anything good and bad either ...
But working with this laptop is convenient because the I / O is really well placed. The buttons on the keyboard are pressed softly, but at the same time they quickly bounce off, there should be no sticking. The touchpad is slightly deeper than the keyboard and the body panel itself. The touchpad has a matte finish, the coating is smooth and easy to move with your finger, the control buttons emit a somewhat loud click, by the way, the buttons are combined into one integral one.
What was pleasantly surprised was the silence during operation, almost no noise is heard, even with heavy loads on the processor and video adapter, and the case heats up after several hours of operation, and even then it is not very noticeable.
The weak points of the MSI CX620 include its autonomy from the supplied 6-cell battery with a capacity of 4400mAh. When performing simple office tasks, the laptop fell a little short of 2 hours, how long will it work when watching HD video?
Performance.
Despite the availability of this notebook to many users, the MSI CX620 has a powerful Intel Core i3-330M processor with a clock speed of 2.13GHz, and it delivers high performance in complex multi-threaded applications. It should be noted that Hyper-Threading technology is supported, this is a logical division of one core into two, that is, several tasks can be performed, four threads will be displayed in the task manager, instead of two.
The laptop comes with 2GB of memory and a 320GB hard drive. It is also important that there is a discrete ATI MobilityRadeon HD5470 graphics card which has high performance indicators.

The MSI CX620 is more suitable for home use and stationary placement, not only because of the short battery life, but the inputs / outputs also suggest this, judging by their placement. At the back we see HDMI and VGA video outputs, a charger connector, a lock hole, USB 2.0, and a combined eSATA / USB 2.0 interface.
On the right side we will see the DVDSuperMulti optical drive and another USB 2.0. On the left side of the case there are audio outputs, an ExpressCard slot, a connector for a network adapter and a cardreader that supports 4 types of memory cards: MMC, xD, SD and MS.

MSI CX620 has an ideal price / performance ratio, attractive design and good functionality. Many users have their eyes on this laptop, as it is able to perform complex tasks without delays, the inputs / outputs are located quite ergonomically, but the discrete video adapter attracts most of all.
