This is a service from Samsung Electronics Ukraine and Nova Poshta. With its help, a broken gadget is delivered free of charge to the service center for warranty repair and back. The Pick-Up service takes 3 business days:

  • one day is spent on delivery to the workshop;
  • the second for repairs;
  • the third on the way to the sender.

At the nearest Nova Poshta branch, fill out the form to send the device to the service center. Or call the hotline "Samsung Electronics Ukraine" at 0 800 502 000 (free of charge)... Works around the clock. The contact center representative will register the application. A courier will arrive at the specified address and send the device to the service center.

What devices are sent via PickUp Service?

Only Samsung products weighing up to 5 kg: mobile phones, tablets, watches, virtual reality glasses, etc.

What are the conditions for the service?

The service technician will inspect the device. If necessary, he will contact you to clarify the malfunction. If the warranty defect, the gadget will be repaired free of charge. In a non-warranty case, the cost of the repair is negotiated. If the price is not satisfactory, the non-working equipment is sent back.

How to repair under warranty?

Together with the equipment, a warranty card is sent. It must bear the date of sale and the stamp of the seller.

Do I need to ship accessories with my phone?

Not necessary. An exception is if there are problems with charging (not charging, discharging quickly, etc.). In this case, the smartphone is sent along with the charger.

Will the data be saved in the broken phone?

Not always. The Service Center will do its best to retain personal information, if possible. Samsung recommends storing personal data on a computer or in a personal Google or Samsung account.
