EASTER IN A BREAD Maker - a recipe for how to bake a delicious Easter cake in a bread maker for Easter at home

To bake Easter - it's as easy as shelling pears to put all the ingredients in the bucket, turn on the baking program and ... forget about the bun while the bread maker "calls" with a sound signal. But a homemade Easter cake is a rich bun. There is a lot of butter and eggs in her dough. "Capricious" baking is not always successful, so we will reveal the secrets of recipes for a bread machine. Easter cakes cooked on them are unusually tender, airy and fragrant.

To make the dough fit well, put the liquid ingredients in the bucket first, then the flour, and only then the dry yeast. All products must be accurately calibrated to the recipe and room temperature. For best results, sift the flour through a sieve. It is saturated with air and becomes airy. The baked goods will turn out to be porous on the inside and tender.

The cake will gain lightness and become like a cloud if you put 50 g less flour in the mold than you need according to the recipe. The lid of the bread maker can be opened for the first 15 minutes of kneading. You can add flour as needed if you notice a puddle of dough splashing under the stirrer blades. Add flour in a teaspoon until the gruel disappears. A well-kneaded dough in a bread maker springs gently from pressure. The lump does not stick to the sides of the bucket.

To bake a delicious Easter cake correctly, put raisins or tropical fruits in an automatic dispenser (Laretti, Burning, Kenwood, etc.). Or on a signal if there is no dispenser. Pour overdried candied fruits with boiling water for 20 minutes, dry on a napkin and roll in flour. They will be juicier and evenly distributed throughout the dough. For aroma, in addition to vanilla, you can add nutmeg, cinnamon or ginger.

And the last thing: to reduce the hole in the wedge from the stirrer blades, remove it immediately after the last kneading of the dough (watch the program time). Wet your hands with water, lift up the smooth ball and remove the stirrer from the pin. The paste will be baked neat, you don't have to tear its bottom.

When homemade cake is baked, do not rush to take it out of the mold. Let it stand for about 20 minutes and "rest". Then remove the baking dish from the oven, wipe it with a dampened towel to release the baked goods from the walls, and gently shake out the pastry.

"Fast" cake in a Panasonic bread maker

  • dry yeast - 2.5 tsp,
  • wheat flour - 400 g,

  • butter - 100 gr,

  • wheat flour - 450 g,
  • milk - 170 ml,

  • butter - 100 g,
  • juice of any citrus - 50 grams,
