Which is better - a laptop or a desktop computer?

Compared to a stationary computer, a laptop has a number of compelling advantages:

If you still need high performance, but there is no desire to delve into the features and specifications of hardware, then there are many options for an already assembled stationary computer.
But do not forget about the dimensions of a stationary PC: a system unit, along with a monitor and additional peripherals, can easily occupy a large area of living space. Plus, not every table will be convenient for working at a hospital patient, which means that you will need to look for a suitable place and a suitable table for him.
So all the same, a stationary computer or a laptop?
A desktop computer, like a laptop, has both pros and cons. The choice in favor of this or that device should be determined, first of all, by the tasks that are assigned to the computer. If you are an avid gamer who prefers to try freshly released games in the forefront, or you clearly know that you need great performance for professional tasks, then your choice is a desktop PC, since a laptop is most likely not suitable for the role of a high-performance workstation or gaming cars. But in student life, to work with documents while away from home or office, a light laptop is indispensable: it makes it possible to move.
