If you need to cook buckwheat quickly, here's an express method for you.

  1. You need to roll the rump with a rolling pin. Pour buckwheat into a zip bag (with a fastener). Let the air out, close and go over the rump well so that the kernels crack. Microcracks will help to cook porridge faster.

Ingredients:

  • chicken or ham carcass - 4 pcs,
  • onion - 1 large or several medium,
  • garlic - 3-6 cloves,
  • hard cheese - 150 grams,
  • buckwheat - 2 cups,

Marinate the meat:
