The "Dough" program is designed for 1.5 hours with a downtime for raising the yeast dough, but when preparing "yeast-free" dough, you can interrupt it at any time. The names of the programs "Jam", "Keks" and "Sandwich" speak for themselves. And the "Baking" program is intended for baking without kneading, for example, from pre-prepared dough. Or when making pies with filling - first, the dough is kneaded using the "dough" program, then the pie is manually formed and the filling is laid, and after that it is baked using the "Baking" program.

How is bread baked? Everything is very simple! The bread maker comes with a measuring cup and a measuring spoon - with their help the ingredients are poured into the container, the program is selected and ... the process has begun !!!

For a more accurate adherence to the recipe, I recommend that you immediately purchase a kitchen scale (for example, Orion OS-0K51G or Clatronic 3366 KW). In the event of a short-term power outage (up to 15 minutes), the built-in memory allows you to save the program in use. In the event of a longer shutdown, it is necessary to select the program again.

With the Orion OBM-204, you can bake bread weighing 680 g or 900 g and choose the type of crust you like more (lightly toasted, medium toasted and fried). If you need to make bread with a larger mass, you can pay attention to similar models, but with a larger capacity (for example, Orion OBM-27G).
