- measuring the length of the inner seam of the trousers (the length of the jeans is also calculated) - from the crotch to the bottom of the trousers;
- sleeve length is measured from the center of the neck (back) to the wrist. In this case, the elbow should be slightly bent;
- the girth of the neck is measured at the base of the neck;
- Measure your height with your back to the wall without shoes and make a mark at the top of your head. Measure the distance from the floor to the mark with a centimeter.
