HOW TO BOOK MILK IN A MULTI-COOKER - how to boil milk correctly so that it does not burn and run away, how long it takes

All you need is a slow cooker and a little patience. Experiment with the Quenching and Simmering modes. Homemade milk will boil well, get tired, saturated with aroma, viscosity and sweetness.

Fatty and with split protein - it is more easily absorbed even by a weakened body. Children and pregnant women - the very thing! The only negative is to wait 3-6 hours. Or use two methods. Read on.

Method number 1 - faster

Turn on the "Steam cooking" mode. The cartoon will quickly boil the milk and after 1 minute it will switch to heating:

  • pour into ⅔ bowls (just over half);
  • dip the steam container into the container. She will hold the milk cap;
  • Install the program.

Milk will not run away if you grease the sides of a bowl or pan with butter.

Method number 2 - more reliable

Mode "Milk porridge" is a thorough cooking of milk. Low temperature for about an hour. Microbes have no chance. It is safe even for bottle-fed babies:

  • dip a ladle or spoon into the bowl - it will not run away. Pour one third of the pot. The lid can be closed or not closed - it will not harm the multi;
  • Install the program. Reduce the boil time to 30 minutes if desired.

Not sure about the freshness of the product? In order not to "curl up", act with the grandmother's method. The mode is the same - "Milk porridge":

  • pour some water into the bowl;
  • when it heats up, pour out the milk;
  • for 3 liters, add half a teaspoon of baking soda and a tablespoon of sugar. Soda neutralizes lactic acid, and sugar "disguises" the taste of soda;
  • stir and continue boiling.

To prevent milk from burning - 2 proven life hacks

  1. Rinse the bowl and leave some water at the bottom. 100% will not burn!
  2. At the bottom of the dish, place a saucer or a special plate with curved edges (not expensive, available for different diameters of pots). It knocks when boiling - this is a sign that the milk is ready.
