To see the grill (gas stove) grate again as you bought it, you need baking soda or steam. Choose whichever is easier.
Trick number 1 - boil in a soda solution
Soda will soften the century-old deposits and quickly dissolve the "fresh fat".
- Boil half a pot of water. Add a generous handful of baking soda, or even two.
- Reduce the flame - otherwise the boiling water will foam and flood the stove.
- Place the wire rack in the solution and boil well. The layers will easily "come off" when scrubbed with a brush or knife.
Trick # 2 - spray with a powerful jet of steam
It's even easier to clean with a dishwasher or steam cleaner (steam generator)!
Do not hesitate to enjoy the benefits of civilization :) The unit that generates a flow of dry steam at 140 ° C will soften deposits even in hard-to-reach areas (rounded places and corners).
Steam generator cleaning:
- use a round nozzle with stiff bristles;
- take a good walk through the lattice intricacies. The emphasis is on the corners;
- three seconds of work with a brush - and you can put it on the OLH like new!
In the dishwasher:
- after the end of the washing cycle, turn on the drying mode;
- carefully, so as not to scald, remove from the chamber when everything is over. Just remove the grease with a hard brush.
Everything! And no chemistry.
